YOCTO is a Klaviyo Elite Partner and a Platinum Tier Loop Subscriptions Partner, running retention and lifecycle marketing for DTC subscription brands. We work with $5M to $150M brands, mostly in the US and UK, in health, wellness, supplements, food and drink, beauty and pet.
What we run inside Loop: cancellation flows and the save offers behind them; failed payment recovery and dunning, because a card decline is not a decision to leave; offer and frequency design, including intro pricing, step-downs, prepaid and bundled terms; and the customer portal, with upsells, swaps and a rewards ladder timed to the orders where churn spikes.
What we run in Klaviyo: welcome, cart and checkout, post-purchase, replenishment, winback and reactivation, subscriber onboarding and second-order programs. SMS and cross-channel lifecycle automation. Deliverability, segmentation and list health. Conversion rate optimization on offers, pop-ups and post-purchase. Loop events feed Klaviyo, so subscribers, one-time buyers and lapsed subscribers never get the same message. We also migrate brands onto Loop from other subscription platforms, and onto Klaviyo from other email platforms.
How we decide what to build: the LTV Parthenon framework breaks customer lifetime value into three pillars and nine measurable numbers. Every campaign, flow and offer must move one of the nine, or it does not ship. We report on cohorts, repeat purchase rate, second-order rate, subscriber churn and LTV.
Why YOCTO: retention first, not campaign blast. If your growth depends on repeat purchases, subscriptions and lifetime value rather than acquisition alone, that is all we do.

Cut subscription churn
We rebuild the cancellation flow and the save offers behind it, then fix the dunning and failed payment recovery that gets recorded as churn but is really a card problem.
Turn one-time buyers into subscribers
We use Klaviyo segmentation and post-purchase offers to move repeat one-time buyers onto a subscription, at the frequency their real consumption supports rather than a default 30 days.
Migrate to Loop without losing retention
We move the subscription program onto Loop and rebuild the Klaviyo flows on Loop's subscription events, so upcoming order, failed payment and cancellation messaging keeps running right through the switch.
Grow LTV from the second order
We close the gap between first and second order with onboarding, replenishment timing and post-purchase offers, then report on cohorts and repeat purchase rate rather than open rates.
We work in Loop and Klaviyo as one system. Loop's Klaviyo integration pushes subscription events into Klaviyo as metrics: subscription created, upcoming order, order skipped or swapped, payment failed, subscription cancelled and subscription reactivated. We build flows on those events rather than on generic Shopify triggers, so upcoming order reminders, pre-billing notices, failed payment recovery and cancellation winbacks are timed to the subscription rather than to the last order. We split audiences on Loop subscription status, so active subscribers, one-time buyers and lapsed subscribers never receive the same campaign, and we reconcile Loop's own notifications against the Klaviyo flows so nobody is messaged twice about the same charge.
“Most of you know I'm not a fan of the agency model. But there's one agency I keep coming back to: YOCTO. They actually have senior, data-driven lifecycle strategists leading the team, not a fancy title slapped on for a nice mark-up.”
